Jodi Franklin, 15, home schooled

I help take care of my five brothers and sisters. I cook occasionally when my mom doesn’t feel up to it. My favorite things to cook are meatloaf and fried chicken. I look up to all of my family members for different reasons. I am glad that I was born into my family. I don’t think I would be the same person that I am today if I didn’t have them to influence me and help me through the hardships of life. I look up to my brother the most of all, though. I hope to someday be as confident and happy to be alive as he is. In the future I want to become an anchorwoman.
