Michelle Rogers, 17, Tucson High Magnet School

I had never heard of VOICES until one of my friends told that she was going to apply, so I came with her to apply. At first I didn’t know what to expect when I got the job, but now I have a ton a fun working with the staff. I have enjoyed learning how to use a camera and how to get the correct exposures so I can get a good picture. I started coming out of my shell more and more, so now I’m less self-conscious and more outgoing.
