VOICES’ Natalee Dawson named 2010 Outstanding Teen Citizen

VOICES’ Natalee Dawson, a senior at Salpointe Catholic High School and a Youth Apprentice Journalist veteran of the Magazine program, was named a 2010 Teen Citizen by the City of Tucson’s Metropolitan Education Commission.
