Cleopatra Caperón Mendoza in La Estrella

Cleopatra Caperón Mendoza, 15, a freshman at Sunnyside High School, writes about her hopes that Arizona will support and pass Prop 100. She wishes that the residents of the state will value education as much as she and her mother do.
