The fact that you’re here right now, trying to learn how to sing better, is the very first step in improving your voice.
So congrats on at least taking this much action. I know it might not sound like much, but trust me, the first step is always the hardest.
“Those who don’t jump will never fly”.
You can’t become a better singer without taking action, and the first action step is figuring out what you need to do. That’s why you’re here right now.
“The first step is you have to say you can.”
The truth is, anyone can improve their voice, but you have to believe you can. You might not become a star by tomorrow, but you’ll never get good unless you believe you can.
How to Sing Like a Pro
Once you believe you can, and trust me, the voice you have can definitely get better, you need to practice.
I’m sure you’ve watched countless episodes of American Idol. Have you noticed how much the contestants improve over the course of a season? It’s not a miracle, it’s called practice.
Those contestants are practicing and training their voice like a professional singer. It’s no secrete, you need to practice to get better.
Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect.
If you do the wrong singing exercises over and over, you’ll never get good. You need to practice, but you need to be doing the right actions, tasks, and singing exercises.
Some of the things you need to focus on:
Consider This Exercise for Singing Higher:
The reality is, with the right guidance and coaching, anyone can sing better. That’s true about almost anything in life. Get the right coaching, train hard, and improve.
But another reality is that you probably can’t access a real coach in your area, and if you did, you might not want to spend that kind of money on coaching lessons.
That’s why you need to sign up for online singing lessons.
Here’s another video clip from Aaron showing you simple singing exercises:
The clips above are great, but they’re only bits and pieces. You’re never going to learn properly, in the right sequences, if you try and follow free tips from Youtube.
It just doesn’t work.
You need a progression of singing exercises, and a step by step plan to guide you through your training, and ultimately help you become better at singing.
I've found that Aaron does the best job at this.
